Welcome to the new Amateur Radio Emergency Services Reporting Tool for the state of Tennessee.

To submit your monthly reports please enter your userid and password into the login section on this page. Your login credentials should already have been issued to you. If you are an EC and do not have you login credentials please contact your DEC and request your information.

Please note that the credentials supplied to you through the old database will not work on this site.

2007 Emergency Communications Brochure

The special 2007 Emergency Communications Brochure is now available. To see a PDF file of the brochure, Click Here. These 2007 brochures are being made possible thanks to a $15,000 donation from the Dayton Amateur Radio Association - the people who also sponsor the Dayton Hamvention®. Just as we did with the Hello brochures, all we ask is the mailing costs of $6 per 100 brochures. Send check (payable to ARRL) along with request to Brochures@ARRL, 225 Main St, Newington, CT 06111. Be sure to include the mailing address where you want them sent!

Monthly Reporting

Monthly Reports are required to be submitted no later than the 2nd day of the following month. For example December reports are expected to be submitted no later than January 2nd.

Is Your Team Prepared?

In the event of an emergency or public service event, do you have everything ready to go? Here are some things that you should have prepared beforehand:

ARES Identification Card
A Copy of your FCC License
Any Needed Radio Gear
Writing Materials
Personal Gear (Short & Long Term Packs)
Tool Kit
Miscellaneous Items

Make sure that you have prepared all that you need before the event actually takes place. It is a good to prepare a checklist of items in advance.
